To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.

Domestic Destination

• For delivery within India, shipping is complementary, and there is no surcharge applicable.
• Shipment is done throughout the week, except on weekends and public holidays.
• All Ready-to-Ship items are dispatched in 2-3 business days or as per the specified delivery date by the customer at the time of order placement.
• Orders are mostly delivered within 3-10 business days. However, the delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control and may exceed due to unforeseen external factors.
• No modifications can be made once a product has been dispatched.
• In case of a delivery address change, please email us within 1-2 hours after order placement at care@roopkotha.com.

International Destination

• We now ship worldwide.
• You can use all international credit cards on Razorpay for payments of your orders. If your payment isn’t successful, please email us at care@roopkotha.com for alternative modes of payment.
• We use DHL for our international orders and charge Rs. 2500/- per order, up to 10 products.
• VAT/GST or any other country duties and taxes for international orders are excluded from product(s) or shipping charges. These additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they could be.
• In cases where additional customs charges are assessed, the customer will be responsible for payment of these additional fees/taxes.
• International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please feel free to get in touch via email if you need any assistance or clarification before making a purchase.
• International orders should be delivered within 7-15 business days (some areas may take longer depending on customs). However, the delivery timeline is subject to factors beyond our control and may exceed due to unforeseen external factors.
• If for any reason the customer doesn’t accept/claim the delivery, we will not be liable for any refund.
• We ship throughout the week, except on weekends and public holidays.
• All Ready-to-Ship products are dispatched in 2-3 business days or as per the specified delivery date at the time of order placement.
• For modifications to the delivery address, email us at care@roopkotha.com within 1-2 hours of order placement.
• No modifications can be made once a product has been dispatched.
• In the rare case of any dispute related to shipping or delivery, it would take around 10-15 business days to resolve the issue, as shipping logistics involve several third-party organizations.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Please note that we are still in a testing phase and hence any of the above terms and conditions might be subject to amendments and modifications in the near future.

Disclaimer

• Our products are packed in secure tamper-proof packaging. If you find the package tampered with, please do not accept delivery and return it to the delivery person.
• Please email us at care@roopkotha.com, mentioning your order number, for us to do the needful.
• If the delivery has been accepted, it will be assumed that the parcel was received in an intact condition.
• We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/Postal authorities, but we will definitely help you track down a package through our logistics partners.
